Herriot believed that Tricki's problem was his greed , but Mrs Pumphrey was equally responsible because the greed of any living being will definitely increase if that living being is not stop earlier. But in this case, Tricki was not stopped he was allowed to eat whatever he want, whenever he want and how much he want. Mrs Pumphrey was a rich lady, she don't know how to Express her love to his animal. She thinks if she fed Tricki so much, Tricki will definitely love her. This made Tricki's greedness on the flight. Tricki never stop to eat and Mrs Pumphrey never stop to provide. A good owner also thinks of the health of his owner. A owner must give proper exercise to their pets. So Mrs. Pumphrey was equally responsible for the condition of Tricki.
