Heterotrophs - For food those depend on others. For example- Humans

Autotrophs - Those can make their food by their own. For example- Plants.

Autotrophs are the organisms that prepare their own food for survival.eg: green plants prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis.

Heterotrophs are the organisms that depends on other autotrophs indirectly or directly for food and survival..eg: Human beings, rabbit, Lion, elephant etc.
