How Greek mythology ends?

Answer:
Explanation:
When the OP says "Greek Mythology", I assume that they mean the ancient Greeks' systematic belief in their pantheon of gods.
With this in mind, I'm going to differ significanlty from Zy Mazza's answer.
Ancient Greek religion has not ended at all, and it is very much a part of modern religious life, today. Simply because you give it another name, doesnt mean it isn't the same thing.
Greeks were a sea faring people. They colonized and traded throughout the Mediterranean and Black seas. Their influence and culture was spread wherever they went. When Alexander conquered his way across Asia and Africa, he didn't force Greek beliefs on their people, but in the following years, when his generals carved out individual empires, they brought a degree of Helenization to those places, even if by osmosis.
Greeks colonized parts of the Italian peninsula, even calling it Magna Graecia, and their influence was evident throughout the Roman Empire.
Even in much of the Middle East, Greek was the official language in Roman administration. Greek was seen as the language of scholars and the learned, much as Latin is today.
The Romans had a number of gods from around the known world, but their main gods were derived from those of the Greeks. You see, religion does always develop in a vacuum.
