Firstly keep in mind the formula; Possibility= Desired Outcome/Number of total outcomes see as the wheel is divided into 6 halves, therefore probability of getting an even number is 1/2 or 3/6. 3= the number of even numbers there must be on the wheel. but we have only two even numbers. .
INFERENCE 1:
Thus we need one more even number
secondly it is stated that there are 4/6 prime numbers on the wheel that means 4 prime numbers but we have only 3 prime numbers.

We need one more prime number.
thus from inferences 1 and 2 we conclude that we need an even and prime number. as only one number is needed, therefore we must find one number that is even as well as prime.
