HERE'S YOUR ANSWER

⬇️⬇️⬇️

1).What is reflex?

➡️A reflex, or reflex action, is an involuntary and nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus. A reflex is made possible by neural pathways called reflex arcs which can act on an impulse before that impulse reaches the brain.

2).Why are reflex are developed in animals?

➡️A reflex action, also known as a reflex, is an involuntary and nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus. ... The path taken by the nerve impulses in a reflex is called areflex arc. In higher animals, most sensory neurons do not pass directly into the brain, but synapse in the spinal cord.

3).Write the components of a reflex arc.

➡️Usually there are five (5) parts of a reflex arc (see text): Receptor - sense organ in skin, muscle, or other organ. Sensory neuron - carries impulse towards CNS. Interneuron - carries impulse within CNS.

the reflex actions are immediate actions which are given by the spinal cord without the knowing of brain
stimulus>receptors>sensory nerve>spinal cord>motor nerve>muscles.these are the components
the reflex action in animals are developed because to get a immediate response if a predator for example to run
