Ok, so this has no logic but still let me try!
4-4 = 10-10 (Since both equal to zero)
(2^2) -(2^2) = 5 (2-2) ( I am taking 4 is 2*2)
(2+2)(2-2) = 5 (2-2) (Since (a^2) - (b^2) is (a+b)(a-b))
2+2 = 5 ((2-2) cancel (2-2))
LHS = RHS hence proved.
Completed this nonsense though!
