a. The align attribute specifies thealignment of an <object> element according to the surrounding element. The <object> element is an inline element (it does not insert a new line on a page), meaning that text and other elements can wrap around it.

b.The <marquee> is a non-standard HTML tag which was used to create a scrolling text or an image. It was used to make the text/image scroll horizontally across or vertically down the web page.
