can anyone share a poem....based on the memories of childhood ...

Happy childhood memories the best memories of all 
And my younger years in Millstreet I will always recall 
On evenings in Summer up to the mid Fall 
In the Townpark at the West End we played gaelic football 
My friends of my youth where might they be today 
Like me have the years left them balder and gray
Though some of them in the home Parish did stay 
In life one might say we just went our own way 
Since those days so many years have come and gone 
And time does not wait it just ticks on and on 
Many of the friends of my youth I may not see again 
Though good memories of them with me does remain 
And in fancy I chase the football up and down 
With my happy young friends in the Park of the Town.

जाने हम कब बदल गए


खामोशी के पन्नो पर बचपन की याद लिख दे ,

इन अनसुनी राहों पर आज कोई फ़रियाद  लिख दे .

वो कोमल सी निष्पाप हँसी , वो खिलखिलाता सा मन ,

ना जाने इन यादों में , कैसे खो गया बचपन !

पलट कर देख, वही महका समां है ,

यादों की करवटों में झूमता जहां हैं .

बचपन की डोर ने जाने कितने रिश्ते हैं बांधे ,

प्यार से , मासूम गांठें हैं बाँधीं .

आज़ाद था मन , आज़ाद थे हम ,

दुःख , पीड़ा , ईर्ष्या , द्वेष , कहाँ जाने थे हम .

दोस्तों की बातें दिल की नजदीकियां बन जाती थीं ,

आपसी तकरार जीवन की नवनिधि बन जाती थी .

क्या थे वो दिन बस यूँ ही गुज़र गए ,

गुमनाम इन राहों में , जाने हम कब बदल गए !

यादों का संचार है,

जिन पर हमें अभिमान है .

इन यादों को आज मेरा सलाम है ,

जिन यादों में डूबता ये जहां हैं.
