It will be (3)

When the passenger throw the stone out of the window from a moving train, the stone will follow a parabolic path.
The direction of the stone will be the resultant vector of the acceleration of the train and the gravity which is given by  \sqrt{g^2+a^2} (By using the Parallelogram form of Vector Addition)

Endou: i think it will be 4
Jaichawla: yaa it is 4
Endou: coz whenever you release something from a moving body it only gains its velocity not acceleration ...acceleration Will only be in negative y axis that is -g
astitvastitva: Okay, you're right. Report this answer please!
Jaichawla: yaaa no need u tried...i appreciate it :)
