Electromagnetic Force--
the electromagnetic force is the force which acts between charged particles and is the combination of all electric and magnetic force.the electromagnetic force can be attractive or repulsive. it has infinite Range.
Although its strength is universily propotional to the square of distance (that is doubling the distance between two charged particles decreases the force between them by a factor of 4).

Absolute Permituvity of free space--

the permittivity of free space (that is 8.85×10^-12)and Es represent the permittivity of particular substance...

Coulomb’s law

The force between two charged bodies was studied by Coulomb in
1785.
Coulomb’s law states that the force of attraction or repulsion between two point charges is directly proportional to the product of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The direction of forces is along the line joining the two point charges.

Let q1 and q2 be two point charges
placed in air or vacuum at a distance r
apart (Fig. 1.3a).
