Breaking the following expressions into groups,,,,

= > (9m^2 + 12m) + (12m + 16) \\

Factoring out the term "3 m" from the give equation 9m^2 + 12m \\ and Factoring out the value "4" from 12m + 16 \\ ,, we get ,,,

= > 3m ( m + 4 ) + 4 ( 3m + 4 )

= > ( 3m + 4 ) × ( 3m + 4 )

= > ( 3m + 4 )^2 \\
