The main difference between chromatin and chromosome is that chromatin consists of the unravelled condensed structure of DNA for the purpose of packaging into the nucleus whereas chromosome consists of the highest condensed structure of the DNA doublehelix for the proper separation of the genetic material between daughter cells.

Chromatin -

Chromatin material is visible as entangled mass of threadlike structures. It is present inside the cell nucleus. Whenever a cell is about to divide, chromatin material organized into chromosomes. These contain DNA molecules (Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid; information for inheritance of features from parents to offspring).

Chloroplast -

Chloroplast are type of plastids. Plastids are cell organelles present only in plant cells. Plastids containing the pigment chlorophyll are called chloroplast. Hence, chloroplast are very important for photosynthesis. They also contain some yellow and orange pigments useful for plants.
