hey earth has gravitational force.then why earth also do not attract light as black hole?

Because Earth's gravitational pull is extremely small compared to the gravitational pull of black hole and so light does not get trapped on Earth. Black hole is formed when a star explodes or dies. Gravitational pull of a star is always greater than that of a planet and as Earth is a planet it does not possess strong gravitational pull like a star.
