A disciplined mind leads to happiness, and an undisciplined mind leads to suffering. Discipline is the most important thing in everyone's life. Without discipline one cannot live a happy life. It is the act of living life following a rules and regulation. Discipline is almost everything that we do in a correct time. we all follow various type of discipline in our daily life. There are many examples like waking up in the early morning, drink a glass of water, go to washroom to get fresh, to do brush our teeth, take bath, take breakfast, go to school in uniform at a right time, etc. are all disciplines. The possession of good manners is the mark of a 'civilized person'. The titles Gentleman and ladies can be applied only to those who have good manners. People without good manners are despised as uncultered barbarians. People with good manners are respectful towards their superiors, courteous towards their equals and kind to all.
