First check that it have real roots or not.
Discriminant⇒b²4ac ,where a=10, b=(-1),c=(-103)
⇒(-1)²-4(10)(-103)
⇒1+4120
⇒4121
∴ b²-4ac>0, i.e. it have real and unequal roots.
