hi mate!!!!! I I had this competition yesterday and I am pleasure to tell you that I came first now maybe my ideas will help you let me tell you first take out dark chart paper like green dark blue red and black ok and now used cover pen aur wightner to highlight your written things then and you paste your pictures which you can use double double sided tape to pop up the pictures . u can use pastel colors and shade using bright colors on the border !!!
