That's easy let's do it
we have
2√13/(3√52 - 4√117)
=> 2√13 / ( 3√13 x 4 - 4√ 13 x 9)
=> 2√13 / (6√13 - 12√13)
=> 2√13 / -6√13
Cancelling all
=> -1 / 3
Thus it's rational
