The pharynx is part of the throat that leads from the cavities of the mouth and nose to the larynx and the esophagus. It is found behind the mouth and nasal cavity and is superior to the larynx, esophagus, and trachea. It is divided into three parts which are: the nasopharynx, oropharynx, and the laryngopharynx.

✔ LARYNX - It is the enlarge part of trachea it has two vocal cords. Vocal cord are fold of mucus membrane vibration of vocal cord result into production of sound.
✔ TRACHEA - It is thin wall tube that extanse downward through neck and divides into two major bronchioles. Trachea has cartilage rings to prevent it from collapsing in between breathes.
