RESOURCE PLANNING REFERS TO THE PROCEDURE WHEREIN WE NEED TO PLAN REGARDING THE RESOURCES FOR A BUSINESS SUCH AS LAND, BUILDING, LABOUR, MACHINERY, CASH, AND OTHER CAPITAL REQUIRED.

PLANNING REFERS TO DETERMINING THE AMOUNT REQUIRED, THE TIME AND THE SEQUENCE IN WHICH WE HAVE TO GET THE RESOURCES ONE BY ONE, THE LEGAL AND OTHER PROCEDURES TO BE DONE, CHOOSING AND PLANNING ABOUT THE RAW MATERIALS , SUPPLIERS ETC..,

THIS ANSWER IS IN RELATION TO A BUSINESS AS AN EXAMPLE BUT IT CAN BE ALL THE MAIN RESOURCES WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR THE PURPOSE.
