Hey! Here is your answer:

 \frac{4 +  \sqrt{5} }{4 - \sqrt5}

By rationalising, you get

 \frac{21 +8\sqrt5}{11} = a + b \sqrt{5}

21 + 8\sqrt5 = 11a + 11b\sqrt5

11a = 21 | 11b\sqrt5 = 8\sqrt5

So, a = \frac {21} {11} , b = \frac 8 {11}
