Hey friends.... A small help as I have essay tomorrow on topic : Are people more or less patriotic compared to 50 years ago i need at least 2 1/2 page as i should win the competition...... on a personal level I believe Patriotism is a concept however having studied in India and feeling proud to be Indian, I feel that the Indians are not just unpatriotic but also patronising to Americans.
I have seen that my friends repeatedly condemn India . truth is that Indians cannot fit with other intelligent Indians in India.
I still read that a lot of my friends in India were far more are talented .
any person who isn't grateful to his motherland doesn't get my respect anyway.
but Indians who complain about India in India total retards they want facilities that they see in the most developed countries and yet do not have Civic sense.
by Patriotism we mean genuine love for one's own country.
Patriotism must not be misinterpreted as ones hatred for other country if one loves his own country and hates other countries than its nationalism rather than patriotism
mother and motherland are superior to the heaven we do not never our honor for our mother even if she does not love us similar like we respect our country in all situations we are inducted to our motherland where we are born and brought up it is our moral duty to keep her head high
Patriotism is a virtue which can be expressed in different ways a true patriot tries to do something for the development of his country when Abraham Lincoln was a child I noticed that the miscry of the slaves in America I like the America but did not like the slavery system so when he became the President of America he abolished the Ugly system and established a democracy.

No, people are more rational. I remember all through the 1990s how annoying it became to hear that America is the greatest country in the world. I have always believed this, the problem is the longer you say it the less things improve. We are always striving for perfection, but if we say we are, we don't improve. We always need change which creates improvement. Being progressive is better than patriotic.
