(a) Ohm's law holds good in constant temperature and ohmic conductors.

(b) Since ,

R = \frac{V}{I}

Current is inversely proportional to Resistance while Potential difference is directly proportional.

In graph , The second resistance has higher voltage and lower current through it. So R2 has higher value of Resistance.

Relation between Resistance and Temperature :

Resistance of a conductor is directly proportional to temperature.

With the increase in temperature, vibrational motion of the atoms of conductor increases. Due to increase in vibration, probability of collision between atoms and electrons increases,thus increasing the resistance.
