Concentration cell is the form of galvanic cell in which both the electrodes are made up of same material..
Since ,standard electrode potential of the cell depends upon the material with which electrodes are made ,(Eo cell) is zero here..
While electrolytes used are different in both the containers ..So Electrode potential(E cell) is not zero..
So ,in Nernt equation Eo should be put as 0
