first of all hence it is given that p(x)= 2xsqare-2root6x+3=0

by using ax sqare + bx + c=0

we can say that

a=2

b= - 2root6

and c= 3

by using formula of d= bsqare - 4ac

                                 =  (-2root6)sqare -4(2)(3)

                                =  24-24

                                = 0=0

therefore the nature of the roots of the quadrati equation p(x) are equal roots
