Yes... the train in which we are sitting is at rest with respect to floor of the train but the same time we are at motion with respect to floor of the train track. This shows that motion and rest are relative terms Thiz can be further explained by using another example which is a crow sitting in cow's body and the cow is moving in a field The crow is at rest with respect to body of the cow but at the same time it is at motion with respect to floor of the field.
