I think the best way to make time table is to give the most time to the subject u find the most difficult. I personally give more time to mathematics and geography. the best time to study is in the morning and in the evening so adjust your schedule accordingly.

firstly I will say that keep focus on the subjects which you will you are not able to perform good and then give at least 45 minutes to each subjects
