When an user clicks the #Thank You# button right on your profile ( on site version )

Heya!
Many a times we get notifications whenever someone thanks us. We get two types of thanking related notifications.
The usual one may be, "Says thanks for your answer" This is when someone clicks thanks on one of your answer.
The another one is, "Says thanks for your help"This is when someone clicks on thank you on your profile.
