Hey (Friend's Name),

I'm so sorry about your parents' accidents . I know it hurts so bad to lose someone in just few seconds who's been there with us since our Day 1. This is one of the moments of the life when we start rethinking about everything. I know that this incident may have given you internal scars, stress and pressure about the life but remember pain is necessary for our growth. Maturity never comes through age, it comes through the experiences.

Always remember, When God takes something from you it means God is preparing you for something better. It's the nature's rule that everyone who has born into the earth dies one day. This is one of the moments of the life when we start rethinking about everything. This incident doesn't mean you stop living our life, it means you now have more responsibilities to take care of ourselves and grow from the pain. Do not listen to the sad songs it only makes feel worse listen to the music which is uplifting and calming, spend your time outside of your home as much as possible, avoid spending time with yourself lonely in these days, write out your thoughts in a journal, cry if you feel pain and Remember, I'll always be there to help you and support you...
