answer-it depends on the context you are referring to as harmful.

most probably eyes but for eye sharpness(using spectacles)-there is no such harm for that.its the most common misconception that using mobile and watching blue rays from it causes spectacles.

but it do cause harm such that dryness in eyes pain,redness etc.
