in the case of hyperconjugation we have delocalisation of electrons from single bond between Hydrogen and the other atom of the molecule. The electrons of the bond are delocalised and there is no bond between the hydrogen and other bascally it is the broken bond which made the conjugation possible.

So there is no bond between Hydrogen and the other atom so thats what it means NO BOND RESONANCE.
