1) VARIATE-: In contradistinction to a variable, avariate is a quantity which may take any of the values of a specified set with a specified relative frequency or probability. The variate is therefore often known as a random variable.

_____________________________

2) CLASS SIZE :-The class width is the difference between the upper or lower classlimits of consecutive classes. Allclasses should have the same classwidth. In this case, class width equals to the difference between the lower limits of the first two classes.

_____________________________

3) CLASS MARK:-The class midpoint (or class mark) is a specific point in the center of the bins (categories) in a frequency distribution table; It's also the center of a bar in a histogram. It is defined as the average of the upper and lower class limits.
_____________________________

4) CLASS LIMIT:- The lower class limit of a class is the smallest data value that can go into the class. The upper class limit of aclass is the largest data value that can go into the class. Class limits have the same accuracy as the data values; the same number of decimal places as the data values. Class boundaries.
_____________________________

5) TRUE CLASS LIMIT :- In exclusive form, the lower and upperlimits are known as true lower limitand true upper limit of the classinterval. Thus, class limits of 10 - 20class intervals in the exclusive form are 10 and 20. ● In inclusive form, class limits are obtained by subtracting 0.5 from lower limitand adding 0.5 to the upper limit.
_____________________________

6) FREQUENCY OF CLASS:- Class frequency simply implies the number of characters, respondents or data elements in the class. A class can be “90–100″, Married or manufacturing. Class frequency would be the number of students who scored between 90% to 100%, the number of married people or the number of workers working in manufacturing.

7) CUMUNICATIVE FREQUENCY OF CLASS:-
Cumulative Frequency Distribution Definition. Technically, a cumulative frequency distribution is the sum of the class and all classes below it in afrequency distribution. All that means is you're adding up a value and all of the values that came before it. Here's a simple example: You get paid $250 for a week of work ...
