✅ Simple Sentence : A sentence which contains a finite verb and a subject, is called a Simple Sentence.
Examples :
1. I took the book to read the new lesson.
2. He went out to buy a pencil.
✅✅ Compound Sentence : A sentence which contains two or more phrases or clauses, and added into a single sentence using Co-ordinating Conjunctions (but, or, and etc.), is called a Compound Sentence.
Examples :
1. Money begets money, but it brings no peace of mind.
2. Give me liberty or give me death.
✅✅✅ Complex Sentence : A sentence which has a Principal Clause and followed by one or more dependant subordinate clause or clauses, is called a Complex Sentence.
Examples :
1. I know the man who wrote this letter.
2. Everybody knows that man is mortal.
