Why does sound travel faster in solids than in liquid??.??

Hi !!
Because the molecules are closely packed in Solids so vibration go much faster .
For simple understanding - You dominoes right ?? arrange close to each other and push one the would fall instantly but keep them with a little more difference then it would slow down
The same thing applies to sound
