HEY FRND !!

NEED UR HELP !!!

1 ) Draw and name the shape ...
1) BrF3 2)XeF4

2) Calculate the charge in angular momentum of an electron in the hydrogen atom when it jumps from ground state to 2nd energy level.

3) why Dipole moment of BeF2 is Zero.

4) write Lewis dot structure of urea NH2CONH2 .

plsss solve it frnd !!

No spam ans........☺☺

Thankyou ☺

hey there ,,

glad to help !!

you these all question are from IIT JEE ,,

thank you for asking question :-) ☺☺

sorry , I can't upload image in attachment , I think there is technical issues . but I gave the Name of shape :-

name of the shape of

(i) brf3 is Bent T-shape

(ii) xef4 is squar planar

.and ,

2. n = 2 ---------------------- E2 = -13.6/(2²) = -3.4ev --------(1)

and ,

n = --------------↑------- E1 = -13.6ev --------(2)

now ,
subtracting 1) from 2) , we get ,-13.6ev - (-3.4) = -10.2ev. answer .

3. Beryllium is an electropositive element while fluorine is an electronegative element. Therefore, the Be-F bond will have appreciable polar character. However, BeF2is a non-polar molecule and its dipole moment is zero. This is because the two equal bond dipoles point in opposite directions and cancel the effect of each other.

4. lewis dost structure of urea (nh2conh2) is CH4N2O ._____________________________________

thank you again for asking such questions of chemistry .

hope it helped !!

be happy and be brainly ☺☺⭐

1) [Structure is Attached]

i) Bent T-Shaped

ii) Square Planner

2) Here n1 = 1 and n2 = 2

So Transition Energy for Hydrogen atom will be 13.6( \frac{1}{n1^{2}} - \frac{1}{n2^2} )

= 13.6 * 3/4

= 10.2 ev

So Angular Momentum =  \frac{nh}{2\pi}

n = 10.2 ev

h = 6.6*10^-34 or 4.1 * 10^-15

2 \pi  = 6.28

=  \frac{10.2*4.1 * 10^-15}{6.28}

= 0.7*10^-14 or 7.0*10^-15 ev

3) If you will look out the structure of BeF2 it wil look like something this:

F . ---- . Be . ---- . F

So Fluorine (F) being highly Reactive Atom Will Take or Move the Electrons of Be to It's side to become stable. And this Will Happen On Both The Side and both are in Opposite directions.. So they will Cancel the effect and The Net Dipole moment will be zero...

4) [ Structure is attached ]
