HEY FRNDS .... answer my question plz
1. What is resistance of conductors? Name two metals which are highly resistant.
2. Why is tungsten metal used in bulbs but not in fuse wires?
3. Define the terms Watt and Volt.
4. What is the difference between a conductor and an insulator?
i will mark as brillianest

hey buddy!!!! have the answers:
❤conductor is a material with low resistivity and through which electricity can pass very easily. insulators are those materials with high resistivity, and they do not allow passage of electricity or heat
❤in si unit, the unit of power is called watt(J/s)
❤the unit of potential difference is vott.... it was named after scientist Alessandro Volta.
❤as for tungsten, it has a high melting point as it is a metal(3422°C) and has the greatest tensile strength. hence it is used in bulbs. but if it is used in fuse wire, it will not melt even when large amount of current passes, thus the application will be damaged

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER. .....
Ans 1. It is the property of a conductor by virtue of which it opposes the electric current flowing through it is called resistance of conductor .
Metal with high resistivity are -
1. Nicrome
2. Tungsten
Ans 2. It is because tungsten has a very high melting point. If it is used as a fuse wire, then it will not melt even when large amount of current is passed through it , and the appliance will be damaged.
Ans 3. Watt is the SI unit of Electric Power
Vlot is SI unit of. Electric Potential
Ans.4. Conductor -
this material have low Resistivity and high conductivity it consists of very large number of free electrons which are responsible for high conductivity
example metals like Copper
Insulator -
this material have high Resistivity and low conductivity it consists of very number small number of free electrons (neglegible )
example Wood , Plastic , Rubber
