Wi=Wh+We=A(f)+B(f)(f), means at constant(working/designed) flux density(v/f=constant) hysteresis loss is proportional to frequency and eddy current loss is proportional to frequency square for electrical appliances, would increased the iron loss(fixed loss), and would reduce the equipment/system efficiency for higher frequency supply(50Hz) compare to 25Hz Induction motor are normally used motor in industry, and as rotating magnetic field(Ns=100f/p) speed would be higher, at higher frequency, the normal working speed of motor could be increased, and would increased the friction and windag losses. Transmission line losses, would increased due to increased stray losses. Turbine needed to run at higher speed to generate higher frequency supply, consumed more fuel. Though high frequency supply is increasing the heating/working efficiency in some application like induction heating furnaces, vibrating power tools etc..
