Both topics are Amazing no doubt but if you want more colourful theme then go for Independence day...

As you can show lots of patriotic Ideologies like just people hosting flag one side and soilders fighting on other side and much more like that ...

Trust me there are lots of ideas available for Independence day while rakshabandhan don't give u that much scope ...
