Valentine’s Day is an international festival that celebrates the feeling of love. Saint Valentine’s Day is celebrated each year on the 14th February and marks the death anniversary of one of the Christian legends, Saint Valentine. In most of the first world countries, February 14 is considered as a national holiday. Valentine’s Day has especially come to become a day made for lovers. Even in the media, Valentine’s Day is portrayed as a day meant for lovers. However, Valentine’s Day has a much larger appeal.  It is a day to express love and that love can be for anyone and not specially a lover. 

Well , I agree that modern generation is totally ingazed in it ; yeah !

Valentine's day is originated from a Roman festival Lupercalia in the middle of February - officially the start of their springtime.❤️

❤️Every year on 14 February, across the world candies, flowers, greetings ,gifts and many more things are exchange between the loved ones.❤️

❤️but have you ever wondered why do we celebrate Valentine's Day????❓

➡️❤️A pagan fertility ritual was held in February each year and the Pope abolished this festival and proclaimed 14 February Saint Valentine's Day, thus establishing this feast day on the Catholic Calendar of Saints.❤️

❤️ The poet Chaucer in the Middle Ages was the first to link St Valentine with romantic love.❤️

❤️Nowadays valentines day is not at all pure but just a thing to be show offed. ( bas gifts ke liye) ❤️

❤️Many of them think that Valentine's day should not be celebrated according to as it influences some of them badly.❤️

❤️Many of the places to have the political parties opposing Valentines Day and gaining votes saying that it is against the culture.❤️
