hey guys, about to say, gud nyt, here with something important, in which language am I writing now???? English. English is distributed in 3 types According to which I know (ATWIK) British English, American English, Australian English. Any guess which type of ENGLISH do we Indians use???? Its BRITISH ENGLISH, I think so..., so according to that, I am gonna stop u all get confused in words like,
baggage--- luggage
beside--- besides
complicated--- complex
presume--- assume
breath--- breathe
The major difference between baggage and luggage isn't in the concrete meaning but in the figurative meaning: we say “emotional baggage,” “political baggage,” and “personal baggage” to refer to intangible things that get in the way—but luggage is never used in this way.
Beside" is a preposition that means "close to" or "next to." "Besides" is also a preposition that means "in addition to" or "apart from." It's can also serve as an adverb that means "furthermore" or "another thing."
If a problem is complex, it means that it has many components. Complexity does not evoke difficulty. On the other hand, complicated refers to a high level of difficulty. If a problem is complicated, there might be or might not be many parts but it will certainly take a lot of hard work to solve.
Assume is a verb that means to suppose, to take for granted, to take upon, to don, or to undertake. In the shared meaning of “to suppose,” presume is usually used when you suppose based on probability, while assume is used when you suppose without any evidence.
Breathe is a verb we use for the process of inhaling and exhaling. Breath is a noun that refers to a full cycle of breathing. It can also refer to the air that is inhaled or exhaled. Both words can be used in several different ways and are part of many phrases and idioms.
