volume \: of \: solute \:  = 50ml
volume \: of \: solvent =  \: 150ml
voume \: of \: solution \:  =  \: 50 + 150
 = 200ml
concentration =  \frac{v. \: of \: solute}{v \: of \: solution}  \times 100
 =  \frac{50}{200}  \times 100
  = 25 \: percent
