8, 18, 11, 15, 4, 14, 9, 19, 1, 7, 17, 6, 16....

If we observe the given numbers, we can see there are 19 numbers from 1 to 19, and no number is repeated, So the missing number should be the answer to those blanks.

But if we observe it more carefully, we can see these is a dictionary pattern in number name.

For example lets take first 4 numbers

8 - Eight

18 - Eighteen

11 - Eleven

15 - fifteen

So It very clear, that they are following the dictionary pattern.

Missing number : 2, 3, 10, 12, 13

By dictionary pattern

10 - ten

13 - thirteen

3 - three

12 - twelve

2 - two

So the complete pattern will be

8, 18, 11, 15, 4, 14, 9, 19, 1, 7, 17, 6, 16, 10, 13, 3, 12, 2.
