Hey guys!!! Can any of y'all give me legit reasons why india's national language should be hindi?


prdo: According to Article 343(1) of Indian constitution “ the official language of union government shall be Hindi in Devanagariscript” . “ Unless parliament decides otherwise, the use of English language for official purpose was to cease 15 after the constitution came into effect” ie on 26th January 1965.

There is no "National" language of India, actually, Hindi is the official language, (Under the language policy of India)
Most probably, 'cause, it was traditional Language? I guess, A large proportion of India is hindi-speaking, That's why it's an official language. But, exactly the same way, English too is an Official language.

The Indian Constitution states that Hindi should be the official language of India. It should be in Devanagari script. Still, many regions are not ...
