example: if you buy a mobile and if you are not satisfied with it you can go and say them they will give your cash back I think

cash back means If we want to buy any things like AC, refrigerator,telivison,etc.they give offer like 5percent on the total money they cut 5 percent of money on total amount is called as cash back
