Hey guys can you answer this day to day life question that what is the fact of taking certain medicines empty stomach?

the empty stomach taken meds works in a way that it completes that incomplete component as we see in diabetes some meds are given for consuming before eating at least half hour earlier s that in half an hour they can make up insulin that needs to act on the food to i mean the starch to properly either used or stored and not remain as it is in bloodstream.
