Hey guys can you please explain this to me?
By repeated subtraction of odd numbers starting from 1, find whether the following numbers are perfect squares or not? If the number is a perfect square then find its square root.
(i) 121 (ii) 55 (iii) 36 (iv) 49 (v) 90

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that

Square root of 55

55−1=54

54−3=51

51−5=46

46−7=39

39−9=30

30−11=19

19−13=6

6−15=−9 is not possible

Hence, 55 is not a perfect square.
