HEY HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

There is often confusion between weather and climate. Weather is the condition of the atmosphere at a particular place over a short period of time, whereas climate refers to the weather pattern, using statistical data, of a place over a long enough period to yield meaningful averages...

Climate describes the general atmospheric conditions of a region- like "tropical climate" or "boreal climate".  Weather is the set of directly observable events that affect your day, like the momentary or high temperature, humidity, or the amount of rainfall. Consequently, climate is a quasi-steady thing, whereas weather is always changing.

In reality, of course climate is also always changing (albeit much more slowly) as the Earth continues to develop. Climate change refers to areas whose fundamental characteristics change over time, like a forest becoming a desert or a glacier melting.

The factors that influence the climate are primarily things that affect the absorption or reflection of solar radiation, since this is the main driver of most climate. Solar energy causes water to evaporate, causes regional temperature changes that induce wind, and causes the land and atmosphere to heat up. Some surfaces tend to absorb solar energy (and become warmer) and others tend to reflect it (and stay cooler). All of these factors will influence the climate of a particular locale. When these factors change, they may cause the climate to change over time.
