hey guys... During the day I am very busy in completing my daily tasks like preparing for exam, reading books , I do some work in the garden, Play with my Cats.. I just keep myself busy. But I always depressed at night I tried my best to stay busy at night but when I sit at my desk I got angry easily and abused my parents for no reason I could not control myself Every night I just crying on my bed and thus next day everything is fine !!! I don't know what to do... I always avoid friend circle, social media thus I don't have anyone to share my emotions. Please guys give me some suggestions. I need Your Help. I hope you can understand this strangers feelings. BTW I am 15 years old. I also dont have such strong bonding with my parents. Just because I don't want to give them stress...or tension.. But due to my behaviour Day by day I became silent..like a statue...
Please give me some suggestions to overcome depression ​

it is not easy to get out of depression. try to forget the incident by which you are depressed. Try to overcome it
