Hi !

Ohms law states that if Voltage increases , current also increases (direct proportion )

V direct proportion to I

(I couldn't insert proportionality symbol )

Take of proportionality symbol insert constant

constant is R (Resistance )

So

V= IR

Where v is Potential difference , I is Current , R is resistance

Here R does not depend on anything (I mean V and I ) as it is constant .
