have a brainstorming question for uh all!
No. of shell = No. of period
What do you understand by this?​

Answer:

it means that the No. of shell is equal to the number of period

example hydrogen has one No. of shell and it is in the first period

u need to first understand that period is the horizontal line and groups are the vertical lines

then as you move downwards lithium has 2 shells and it is in the second period u can clearly understand it when you see the periodic table.
