Explanation:

  1. A constitution is a set of rules and regulations that helps the government to govern a country.
  2. It is important because it lays down certain goals and ideals for the citizens to follow. It defines the country's political system. It outlines the legal framework of a democracy. It also give outline structure of the government.
  3. A secular state is one in which the state does not promote any particular religion and gives equal importance to all. In such a state , every citizens has the right to choose any religion, no discrimination is made on basis of this.
  4. The state has 3 organs - legislature , executive and the judiciary. The legislature means who makes laws , executive , who executes the laws made by the legislature and the judiciary refers these laws to Courts of India . To prevent misuse of power , the constitution has made 3 organs responsible to each other.
